March Madness Sucks

Monday, March 31st, 2008

I can’t remember when the format changed, but ever since the NCAA Tournament started to span over a 2 week period rather than night after night, I have just not been as interested. I’ve watched a dozen of the game this week and I really love watching good basketball, but the fact that the tourney is all broken up to get more money for the network and now Cinderalla (Davidson) is finally out, I am not too interested anymore.

Do you live in or near Seattle?

I will be attending the Microsoft MVP Summit this year in Seattle. I will be staying downtown with all my other MVP buddies (except Jack, he chose a different hotel). Anyhow, the Summit is from April 14th, 2008 to April 18th, 2008. I am not 100% sure what the nightlife will consist of during the week yet, but last one I went to, I had a couple nights available. I will be arriving April 13th during the day and know that a few of us have a Sunday evening dinner planned already.

So, if you live around Seattle and want to arrange some sort of meet up, let’s discuss it.

I am going to try to be more active! Everytime I log into Facebook, Linkedin, etc, I have so many requests or emails to go through. I am online a lot each day, but I don’t check those sites often. To combat this, I am going to try out a pretty new browser based on Firefox called Flock.

I looks promising, but I fear that all the sidebars and top bars are going to really get on my nerves and be a detriment to serious browsing by limiting my viewable area. We shall see.

I can’t type the word zone

Now that I run GotZune.com, I have not been able to type Zone with out edits… Instead, my fingers type Zune while I am thinking Zone.

:)

Woohoo… Got my Griffey jr. Ball

Ok, I mentioned that I won an Autographed Griffey Jr. Baseball the other day. Today, it arrived. Nice!
