Since I live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, I encounter a lot of college kids
no matter where I go. I tend to keep an eye on phones when I am out
and about. I seem to see a lot more Windows Mobile devices lately,
specificly Blackjacks and Tilts.
My dad is selling one of his motocycles. It’s an American Ironhorse custom bike. I rode it a bit today and even though it’s power is WAY MORE than I am used to with past bikes i’ve had, I want it. I know I shouldn’t and $20k is a lot of cash, but I am at midlife and I want a bike anyhow. On top of that, it’s one of my dad’s bikes. Should I?
I synced before I came to my parents and on the way I noticed my crap
was gone… WTF

Someone I follow on Twitter is having issues with intermittent tweets making it to her phone via SMS. I haven’t been following the problem, but from what I saw, could it be that the individuals she is follow are not set to device update on? Not sure, I may be in left field but it’s worth looking into. I remember a couple days ago she thought it might be her carrier, Sprint.
Even with device updates on, you can follow someone and NOT have the tweets come to you via SMS. How? By default I think. All mine are set to device updates : OFF as shown below.
I remember seeing when following someone a way to turn that on. Here are the options below.
Just to see how it looks when it’s on, I set device updates on and that is what we have now for vkoser below.
I think I am going to go set woot.com to on now.
I am not sure if this is the problem that this person is having, but it’s worth a look.
